Matthew Grapsas

Matthew Grapsas is a Principal at LBW Business + Wealth Advisors and leads the firm’s Wealth Creation team. He works closely with individuals and families to develop personalised financial strategies that help them build, protect and enjoy their wealth with confidence. 

Matthew has a particular passion for making the complex simple. Through quality strategic and investment advice, he helps clients grow their wealth in a tax-effective way and make informed financial decisions that support the lifestyle they want, both now and in retirement. 

As the Principal leading LBW’s Wealth Creation team, Matthew has helped develop a team with a diverse range of skills across superannuation, investments, retirement planning and insurance. Working closely with LBW’s accounting team, he takes a holistic approach to ensure each client’s broader financial position and long-term goals are considered. 

Matthew is passionate about supporting the local community and is currently focused on being involved with local sporting clubs. As a parent, he particularly enjoys seeing his children and other young people have opportunities to participate, develop and be part of their community. 

Outside of work, family is a big part of Matthew’s life. He’s a passionate Cats supporter and gets to as many games as possible, both at home and away. He also loves travelling, often taking inspiration from places recommended by his clients, with New York remaining a firm favourite.
