Sripathy Sarma

Sripathy (Sri) Sarma is an Audit Principal at LBW Business + Wealth Advisors with more than 22 years of audit experience. Since joining LBW in 2002 and becoming a Principal in 2008, Sri has led the firm’s Audit & Assurance team, delivering independent assurance services to businesses, not-for-profit organisations and self-managed super funds across a broad range of industries.
Sri believes an audit should provide more than a report. He focuses on building trusted client relationships, identifying issues early and communicating openly throughout the audit process, ensuring clients receive practical insights and independent advice without unexpected surprises.
Known for his hands-on approach and technical expertise, Sri works closely with clients to strengthen governance, improve financial reporting and provide confidence in their compliance and risk management processes.
Outside his client work, Sri is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Victorian Public Practice Panel and volunteers as the honorary auditor for a number of community-based not-for-profit organisations.
