Simon Flowers is a Principal at LBW Business + Wealth Advisors with extensive experience helping business owners, families and individuals navigate complex taxation, superannuation and wealth planning matters. With more than two decades of experience, Simon works closely with clients to develop practical strategies that minimise tax, protect wealth and support long-term financial goals.
Simon has a particular interest in self-managed super funds, succession planning, estate planning and tax-effective wealth strategies. He enjoys helping clients understand the opportunities available to them, providing clear advice that gives them confidence to make informed financial decisions as their circumstances evolve.
Known for his approachable nature and ability to simplify complex legislation, Simon believes the best outcomes come from building long-term relationships and taking the time to understand what matters most to each client. He also enjoys mentoring the next generation of advisers, supporting the growth and development of LBW’s team.
Beyond his work with clients, Simon has made a significant contribution to the broader business community. He was involved with the Geelong Business Excellence Awards for more than 17 years, including 11 years as Chair of the judging panel, and is currently Chair of the National CPA Public Practice Committee.
